My Mission

  • Make my clients elite hitters and players by teaching them everything I have learned from 12 years of playing professionally. Mechanics are the foundation, but I bridge the gap of what truly separates hitters.

  • Help parents and coaches support, communicate, and coach their kids more effectively to create positive experiences and outcomes.

  • Work with organizations and teams to bring their vision to life, create a hitting culture, and ensure alignment. Support the entire player development process.

About Brian

Originally drafted out of Rutgers University in the 8th round of the 2014 MLB Draft by the Cincinnati Reds, I just completed my 12th professional season. After debuting with the Reds in 2019, I played for the Tampa Bay Rays (2020) and San Diego Padres (2021) in the following seasons. In 2022, I went to play for the Saitama Seibu Lions of NPB (Japan), and the Hanwha Eagles of the KBO (Korea) in 2023. Most recently, I played for the Algodoneros de Union Laguna of the Mexican League. My stops have also included 2 years in the Dominican Winter League.

In 2018 I was a soon to be 26 year old bench player in AA when I turned my career around. I have experienced the highs and lows all over the world which has given me both a unique perspective and a special ability to relate with others in the baseball world. My goal is to pass on to my clients all of the lessons that I wish I learned earlier in my career.
